Principle: Spin welding is a process that joins circular thermoplastic parts by bringing the part interface together, under pressure, with a circular, spinning motion. One part is held stationary in a fixture, while the other is rotated against it under pressure. The frictional heat that is generated by friction causes the part interface to melt and fuse together, creating a strong, hermetic seal.
Orientating machines can work like standard spin welding machine as well as for the application in which upper part needs to be stopped at a fixed position or an angle after welding.
Reduction gear box used in all Axess Spin Welding Machines to make long life of motor and to increase torque.
