This machine is specially designed to weld the AC blower for split ac or other kind of blower.

** Manually put the bottom piece and the fan pipes, press the START buttons, it will stroke down for welding and complete the welding process according to the set section quantity.

** After completeion of welding, the finished fan pipe will be lifted up automatically for manual taking out.

Features:

Lifting Mechanism : Provides with heavy duty blinear guide rail, the clearance can be adjusted almost to 0, to move the cylinder down, oscillation by ultrasonic wave without deflection.

Descending Speed: Provided with sensitive rotary knob for easy control of the piston descending speed.

Horizontal adjustment: Provided with ball vibration device, fine thread horizontal micro adjustment, horizontality can be precisely controlled.
