Hot Plate plastic Welding machines

Hot plate welding utilizes a temperature controlled heat platen assembly, which is introduced between the two parts to be assembled. The plastic parts that will be welded, are pressed against the heated plate to melt and soften the entire joint interface. The plastic parts are then immediately pressed together for proper amount of seal time and seal depth to complete the weld.
